摘  要:针对新疆棉田残膜回收率低的问题,本文研制了一种搂膜装置。其中支撑梁对弹齿及卸膜机构具有固定作用,支撑梁的稳定性对于机具能否正常作业起到关键作用。本文应用ANSYS软件对支撑梁施加载荷进行仿真分析,发现支撑梁等效应力云图和总位移云图均未超过最大值,满足设计要求。In order to solve the problem of low recovery rate of residual film in Xinjiang cotton field, a kind of cuddling membrane device was developed in this paper. Among them, the supporting beam plays a fixed role in the spring tooth and film unloading mechanism, and the stability of the supporting beam plays a key role in the normal operation of the machine. In this paper, ANSYS software is used to simulate and analyze the load of the support beam. It is found that the equivalent force cloud diagram and the total displacement cloud diagram of the support beam do not exceed the maximum value, which meets the design requirements.
