摘  要:针对某纯电动车全油门加速行驶车内产生的啸叫问题,经主观评价及试验诊断分析后,排查出电机转速为5000rpm-6000rpm时车内出现啸叫噪声;通过传递路径分析阐述了减速器啸叫噪声的产生的背景,并进行试验测试、阶次分析、CAE仿真等研究分析方法排查出整车加速过程中车内啸叫声激励源来自减速器内轴2级传动齿轮的阶次噪声;结合开发车型设计情况,并在保证性能的情况下,提出减速器2级齿轮修形优化的方案;对实施优化后方案后的车辆进行试验验证和主观评价,结果表明驾驶室声压级峰值降低了4.99dB,解决驾驶室内啸叫问题,提高乘坐舒适性。Aiming at the screaming problem in a pure electric vehicle with full throttle acceleration,after subjective evaluation and test diagnosis analysis,the screaming noise in the vehicle at the motor speed of 5000rpm-6000rpm was found out.The background of the screaming noise of the reducer was expounded through transmission path analysis,and the research and analysis methods such as test,order analysis and CAE simulation were carried out to find out the whole process.In the process of acceleration,the internal whistling excitation source comes from the order noise of the two-stage transmission gear of the reducer inner axle;combined with the development of vehicle type design,and under the condition of guaranteeing performance,the optimization scheme of the two-stage gear modification of the reducer is put forward;after the implementation of the optimized scheme,the vehicle is tested,verified and subjectively evaluated.The results show that the peak sound pressure level of the cab is reduced by 4.99dB to solve driving problems.The roaring problem in the driving room can improve the ride comfort.
