摘　　要：整车行驶异响产生的原因有很多,文章结合实际案例分析了分动器悬置倾角过大导致传动轴夹角超差,引起万向节运动干涉产生异响的问题,这种分析方法可供后续传动系统设计或故障处理借鉴。There are many reasons for the abnormal sound of the vehicle driving,this paper will combine with practical case to analyze the problem of the abnormal sound caused by the movement interference of the cardan joint,because of angle error between transmission shafts caused by large tilt angle of transfer case suspension.This analysis method can be used for reference for the subsequent transmission system design or fault treatment.
