摘  要:针对大型车辆的油耗检测,提出基于FLY-3000油耗测试仪的油耗性能检测方法。利用碳平衡法原理,应用不分光红外法,分析车辆油耗检测原理,分析检测流程和检测步骤,并以大型车辆进行现场测试,得到实时检测数据,验证检测方法的有效性。结果表明:该车辆行驶阻力2736N,台架运转阻力943N,台架加载阻力1793N,行驶总距离849.1m,60s油耗262.626ml,每百公里油耗为30.93L,小于该车型油耗标准限值34.6L,符合大型车辆油耗检测标准。Based on FLY-3000 fuel consumption tester,a fuel consumption performance test method is proposed for large vehicles.Using the principle of carbon balance method,the principle of non-spectroscopic infrared method is used to analyze the fuel consumption detection principle of vehicles,analyze the detection process and test steps,and conduct field tests with large vehicles to obtain real-time detection data and verify the effectiveness of the detection method.The results show that the vehicle’s driving resistance is 2736N,the platform operating resistance is 943N,the platform is loaded with resistance 1793N,the total driving distance is 849.1 M,the fuel consumption is 262.626 ML,and the fuel consumption per hundred kilometers is 30.93 L,less than the standard fuel consumption limit 34.6 L,which meets the fuel consumption test standards of large vehicles.
