摘  要:行星齿轮机构结构复杂,传统的分析方法比较抽象,不能直观理解,文章以单排双级行星齿轮机构为例,通过杠杆法将太阳轮、行星架、齿圈三个元件等效为平面直线图上的三个支点,将输入元件的转速及方向等效为一条带箭头的直线,直线的长度代表转速的大小,箭头方向代表旋转的方向,在其存在的各传动方案下对应杠杆图与其运动规律特性方程的等效性进行了证明,并总结单排双级行星齿轮机构的传动规律。The planetary transmission is complex,and the traditional analysis method is abstract and can’t be understood intuitively.In this paper,taking single row and double stage planetary gear mechanism as an example,the three elements of solar wheel,planetary frame and gear ring are equivalent to three fulcrums on the plane straight line graph by lever method,and the speed and direction of input elements are equivalent to a straight line with arrows.The length of the straight line represents the speed.The direction of arrow represents the direction of rotation.The equivalence between the corresponding lever diagram and the characteristic equation of its motion law is proved under the existing transmission schemes,and the transmission law of single row double-stage planetary gear mechanism is summarized.
