摘　　要：文章结合工厂运行实际,通过对制造全过程相关变化点的识别、管控,达到减少和避免由于变化点控制不当而引起的各种问题,减少浪费,提高质量。This paper is based on the practical factory production conditions,which identifying and controlling of the relevant change points in the whole manufacturing process,to help the factory reduce even avoid various problems caused by improper control of change points;so as to reduce waste and improve product quality.
