摘  要:对入级中国船级社的某5000t浮式非自航起重船在作业、避风和拖航状态下的稳性衡准的不同点进行分析,并按照法规的要求分别进行校核。由于国际海事组织《2008ISCODE》中给出的船舶横摇角计算公式在拖航工况下不适用,采用《船舶与海上设施法定检验规则》中的《国内航行海船法定检验技术规则(2011)》规定的起重船横摇角计算公式作为替代。此外,对如何利用NAPA软件的宏命令计算起重船的风压倾侧力矩进行分析,使整个计算过程准确、便捷。The stability criteria for the CCS(China Classification Society) classified 5 000 t floating crane barge of Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery Company are studied against the regulatory requirements under the different conditions:in operation, taking shelter from the wind and being towed to the site. The rolling angle is calculated according to the formula for crane ships presented in the Legal Inspection Rules for Domestic Navigation Sea Vessel, 2011. The reason why use the Inspection Rules is that the 2008 IS CODE of the International Maritime Organization does not apply to towed vessels. The wind heeling moment is calculated by means of the NAPA macros, clearly demonstrating the application of the macros.
