摘 要:本文选择目前市场上应用较多的3家减水剂,针对某公司5个基地的水泥样品,进行水泥净浆流动度性能试验,比较同一减水剂与不同水泥的相容性。试验得出恒腾公司萘系减水剂的最佳掺量为1.8%;唯佳吉公司聚羧酸减水剂的最佳掺量为2.6%;大通巩固公司聚羧酸减水剂的最佳掺量为3.2%。通过相容性试验结果及权重赋值分析方法,为改善水泥与减水剂的相容性、优化水泥质量,我们需要从以下四个方面进行改善:降低水泥中C3A含量;降低水泥中碱含量;保证水泥细度;降低水泥中小于3μm部分颗粒的含量。This paper selects three water-reducing agents, which are currently used in the market. The cement samples of five bases are tested for cement paste fluidity performance, and the compatibility of the same water reducer with different cements is compared. The experiment shows that the optimum dosage of naphthalene water reducing agent of Hengteng Company is 1.8%, that of Weijiaji polycarboxylate water reducing agent is 2.6% and that of Datong consolidated the best polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is 3.2%. Through the compatibility test results and the weight assignment analysis method, in order to improve the compatibility of cement and water reducer and optimize the quality of cement, we need to improve in the following four aspects: reduce the C 3 A content in cement;reduce the alkali content in cement;ensure the fineness of the cement;reduce the content of some particles less than 3μm in the cement.
