摘  要:尿素蒸法系统对尿素工段来说是非常重要的核心部分,是尿素质量达到国标的关键设备,通过对尿素蒸发系统技术改造达到提高产品质量的目的,改造以后各项产品质量参数达到国标及公司产量标准范围内,同时收到减少消耗量与降低排放污染的明显效果,本文对两段蒸发换热器技术改造后降低缩二脲的实际目标.Urea core part of the system is very important for urea section,the urea quality reaches gb key equipment,through the technical reformation of urea evaporation system to achieve the purpose of improving product quality,the transformation after the parameters reach national standard of product quality and company within the scope of the standard production,at the same time reduce consumption and obvious effect to reduce exhaust emissions,technical transformation in this paper,the two pieces of evaporation heat exchanger reduces the actual target of biuret [1].
