摘  要:本文首先分析了光伏组件运行时产生的热斑效应对电池组件的影响,提出了基于基于无人机及机器视觉的光伏电站“热斑效应”检测系统的检测方案。利用无人机搭载热成像及高清CCD摄像头,自动巡航采集图像,传输给地面监控站,利用机器视觉技术进行检测定位。这种方法比传统的人工检测方法有标准一致,速度快,效果好的优点。Firstly, this paper analyses the influence of the hot spot effect on the battery module when the photovoltaic module runs.Then it puts forward a detection scheme of the photovoltaic power station "hot spot effect" detection system based on UAV and machine vision. The UAV is equipped with a thermal camera and high-definition CCD camera, which automatically cruises to collect images and transmits them to the ground monitoring station. Machine vision technology is used to detect and locate them. We compared the traditional manual detection method with this methord. this method has the advantages of standard consistency,fast speed and good effect.
