摘　　要：分析了当今城市大气环境面临的形势和任务,提出“打赢蓝天保卫战”的新思路;在简述了现有城市减霾设施现状后,提出了城市建设中减霾设施的选用、布置与应用的想法,以供政府决策及院校、科研、企业部门参考。This article analyzes the current situation of urban air conditions and tasks ahead, and proposes some new ideas to triumph in "Blue Sky Protection Campaign". After a brief elaboration of the status quo of haze reduction facilities in cities, this article proposes the selection method, layout, and application of facilities for the reduction of haze in city development, which is expected to provide some reference to governments in their decision making, as well as to universities and colleges, research institutions and enterprises.
