摘 要:目的:通过调查广西汉族成人手部皮纹信息,从而反映广西汉族成人手部皮纹特征,为人类遗传学数据库补充资料。方法:采用掌、指纹按捺法,提取研究对象双手三面指纹及整体掌纹。将提取好的指纹和掌纹输入电脑进行分析。结果:指纹分布特征为斗型纹>尺箕纹>桡箕纹>弓型纹,总指嵴线数男性高于女性,不同性别间的Atd角差别无统计学意义,掌褶纹分布特征为普通型>通贯型>过渡型。结论:本结果与广西其他民族相比有差异,反映出皮纹分布具有种族差异。Objective:To investigate the patterns and characteristics of the dermatoglyphic of the Han nationality in guangxi, by analyzing the dermatoglyphic of Han adult, and this study supplements the Human Genetics Database.Methods: Fingerprint pressing method was used to extract the fingerprints of the three sides of the hands and the whole palm of the subjects. The extracted fingerprints and palm prints were input into the computer for analysis. Results:The frequency of fingerprint patterns is whorl>looP>arch.The characteristics of total finger ridge count is men> women.There is no significant difference in different sexes for the atd angle. The frequency ofdactylogram is ordinary>transitional type.Conclusion:The results of the Han population in guangxi and other areas have both common and personality,implicating that the distribution of the dermatoglyphic shows racial differences.
