荧光猝灭法研究泛昔洛韦与β-环糊精及其衍生物的相互作用

摘　　要：本文采用荧光猝灭法,研究了水溶液中泛昔洛韦与β-环糊精衍生物形成的超分子体系的荧光特性,测定了各个体系的猝灭常数、包合常数、热力学参数等。实验结果表明,β-环糊精衍生物对泛昔洛韦的猝灭作用属于动态猝灭,猝灭常数随温度升高而增大;包合作用的包合比为1∶1,包合常数随温度升高而降低。若热力学参数ΔG<0、ΔH<0,则该包合作用是自发进行的放热反应过程。This essay studied the fluorescence properties of supramolecular system between famciclovir and β-cyclodextrin derivatives in aqueous solutions by fluorescence quenching, determined the quenching constants, binding constants and thermodynamic parameters of each system. Experiment results showed that famciclovir and β-cyclodextrin and its derivatives were dynamic quenching, quenching constants increased with temperature rised, inclusion proportions were 1:1, inclusion constants decreased with temperature rised, the thermodynamic parameters ΔG<0,ΔH<0 showed that these inclusion interactions were spontaneous and exothermic.
