摘 要:以Fe2O3、CuO为活性组分,高岭土为载体,采取浸渍法制备了Fe2O3-CuO/高岭土催化剂,研究了其催化湿式氧化甲基橙废水的活性。实验结果表明,在催化剂用量为0.8g、30%H2O2用量为8mL、反应时间为1.5h、反应温度为35℃的条件下,甲基橙废水的最高降解率达到83.73%。Fe2O3-CuO/kaolin catalyst was prepared by impregnation method with Fe2O3 and CuO as active components and kaolin as support. The activity of the catalyst for wet oxidation of methyl orange wastewater was investigated and the optimum technological conditions were determined. The results showed that the degradation rate of methyl orange wastewater could reach 83.73% under the conditions of 0.8 g catalyst, 8 mL 30% H2O2, 1.5h reaction time and 35℃ reaction temperature.
