摘  要:本文介绍了铸态铁素体球墨铸铁磨盘的生产过程,磨盘要求铸态硬度值偏差小、探伤无铸造缺陷。详细阐述了其铸造工艺、浇注系统、冷铁方案和平做斜浇的浇注方案,并给出了铸件的化学成分控制范围及球化孕育处理方法。批量生产检验结果表明,磨盘整体硬度偏差小,超声探伤符合要求,加工后无铸造缺陷,质量全面达到客户的要求。This paper introduces the production process of ferritic nodular cast iron grinding disc. Aiming at the grinding disc with small deviation of as-cast hardness and no casting defects,the casting process,casting system,chill scheme and slant casting scheme are elaborated in detail,and the control range of chemical composition of the castings and the treatment method of nodularization inoculation are given. The results of batch production inspection show that the overall hardness deviation of the abrasive disc is small,the ultrasonic flaw detection meets the requirements,there are no casting defects after processing,and the quality fully meets the requirements of customers.
