脊柱椎间孔镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效及生活质量分析

摘　　要：目的腰椎间盘突出症患者应用脊柱椎间孔镜术治疗效果、疼痛度与生活质量情况。方法选取2016年5月—2018年12月该院诊治120例腰椎间盘突出症患者资料,随机分成两组,对照组予传统手术,研究组予脊柱椎间孔镜术方案,分析两组临床效果、疼痛度及生活质量情况。结果治疗后,研究组切口长度(0.78±0.25)cm、出血量(11.65±2.54)mL、手术(57.62±8.59)min及住院时间(3.29±1.23)d,均比对照组少(t=32.0139;59.0946;9.6309;13.8882;P<0.05);研究组3d疼痛度(4.13±0.86)分、1个月疼痛度(2.35±0.56)分,均比对照组低(t=8.4185;9.2739;P<0.05);研究组心理功能(84.59±8.52)分、躯体功能(83.20±8.93)分、物质生活(85.43±9.12)分等生活质量比对照组高,比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.0143;9.8820;9.6754;P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症患者应用脊柱椎间孔镜术治疗,能有效降低出血量及住院时间,并缓解患者疼痛度,提高其生活质量情况,具临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect, pain and quality of life of patients with lumbar disc herniation treated with spinal intervertebral foramen surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation were enrolled in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2018. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional surgery, while the study group was given a spinal intervertebral foramen program. Then the effects, pain and quality of life between two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, the incision length (0.78±0.25)cm, blood loss (11.65±2.54)mL, operation (57.62±8.59)min, and hospitalization time (3.29±1.23)d in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (t=32.013 9;59.094 6;9.630 9;13.888 2;P<0.05). The 3 d pain degree (4.13±0.86)points and 1 moints pain (2.35±0.56)points in the study group were lower than those in the control group (t=8.418 5;9.273 9;P<0.05). The psychological function (84.59±8.52)points and physical function (83.20±8.93)points, and the quality of life of the sub- and material life (85.43±9.12)points of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=8.014 3;9.882 0;9.675 4;P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of the patients with lumbar disc herniation, spinal intervertebral foramen could effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and hospitalization, relieve the pain of patients and improve their quality of life, which have clinical application value.
