摘 要:目的评估GaAlAs激光对牙髓中Shh蛋白表达及分布。方法对因牙周病拔除的第一磨牙(口腔门诊获得,2017年2月—2018年2月)的近中表面是用脉冲半导体激光照射,分别在3、7d和11d检测Shh蛋白的免疫组化定位,并借助Image-Pro-Plux软件分析系统测量光密度值并进行统计学分析。结果第3天开始逐步形成修复性牙本质并出现Shh阳性的成牙本质细胞样细胞,7d达到高峰(1121.998±6.5123),11d逐渐消退(623.545±1.321)。结论GaAlAs激光照射牙冠髓诱导Shh表达增强,形成修复性牙本质。Objective To evaluate the expression and distribution of Shh in teeth pulp by GaAlAs laser. Methods The near-middle surface of the first molar extracted from periodontal disease (obtained in the oral clinic, February 2017 - February 2018) was irradiated with pulsed semiconductor laser, and immunohistochemical localization of Shh protein was detected at 3, 7, and 11 days, respectively. And the Image-Pro-Plux software was used to analyze the system to measure optical density values and perform statistical analysis. Results On the third day, the reparative dentin and SHH positive odontoblast like cells were formed gradually, and reached the peak on day 7(1 121.998±6.512 3), and gradually disappeared day 11 (623.545±1.321). Conclusion GaAlAs laser irradiation induced the expression of Shh in the primary pulp of teeth and formed reparative dentin.
