摘　　要：近年来,肿瘤的脂类代谢逐渐成为肿瘤细胞代谢领域的热点。有大量文献报道指出恶性肿瘤患者血脂水平发生异常变化的原因是恶性肿瘤在其发生和发展过程中细胞快速生长引发的脂类的的异常代谢变化。这些变化进一步能够影响到患者血脂及相关脂蛋白的体内代谢水平,而这些病理改变可能会影响肿瘤细胞的生理代谢功能和细胞向恶性分化的发展。因此脂类及其相关蛋白的异常代谢改变有可能作为细胞恶变状态或恶性肿瘤患者长期预后的指标。该文拟对近年来国内外对于肺癌患者血脂水平的研究的相关文献作一综述。该文纳入参考文献20篇。In recent years, lipid metabolism of tumors has gradually become a hot topic in the field of cancer cell metabolism. A large number of literatures have reported that the abnormal changes of blood lipid levels in patients with malignant tumors are due to abnormal lipid metabolism caused by rapid cell growth during the occurrence and development of malignant tumors. These changes can further affect the metabolism of blood lipids and related lipoproteins in vivo, the physiological metabolic function of cancer cells, and the development of malignant differentiation of cells. Therefore, abnormal metabolic changes of lipids and related proteins may be used as prognostic indicators for malignant transformation of cancer cells or malignant tumors. This article reviews the related literatures on blood lipid level of lung cancer patients at home and abroad in recent years. 20 references were included in this paper.
