摘  要:本试验旨在研究不同饮水方式对21~70日龄扬州鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、羽毛生长及耗水量的影响。选用120只体重相近、健康的21日龄扬州鹅公鹅,随机分为2个组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。试验Ⅰ组采用常规饮水(槽式饮水),试验Ⅱ组采用乳头式饮水。试验期49 d。结果表明:1)试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的各阶段体重和平均日采食量无显著差异(P>0.05)。21~42日龄时,试验Ⅱ组的料重比显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。2)70日龄时,试验Ⅱ组的屠宰率和全净膛率均显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的胸肌率、腿肌率和腹脂率无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)42日龄时,试验Ⅱ组的主翼羽长度显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。4)70日龄时,试验Ⅱ组的24h耗水量显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。综上所述,使用乳头式饮水器有利于减少21~70日龄扬州鹅饲料和水资源的浪费。在肉鹅高效规模化生产中,建议使用乳头式饮水器进行供水。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different drinking methods on growth perform ance,slaughter performance,feather growth and water consumption of Yangzhou geese during 21 to 70 days of age.One hundred and twenty healthy 21 day old male Yangzhou geese with similar body weight were randomly divided into 2 groups with 6 replicates per group and 10 geese per replicate.Conventional drinking water(sink drinking water)was used in text groupⅠ,and nipple drinking water was used in text groupⅡ.The experi ment lasted for 49 days.The results showed as follows:1)the body weight and average daily feed intake at each stage had no significant differences between text groupⅠand text groupⅡ(P>0.05).During 21 to 42 days of age,the feed to gain ratio of text groupⅡwas significantly lower than that of text groupⅠ(P<0.05).2)On 70 days of age,the dressing percentage and percentage of eviscerated yield of text groupⅡwere significantly lower than those of text groupⅠ(P<0.05),and the percentage of breast muscle,percent age of leg muscle and percentage of abdominal fat had no significant differences between text groupⅠand text groupⅡ(P>0.05).3)On42 days of age,the primary feather length of text groupⅡwas significantly high er than that of text groupⅠ(P<0.05).4)On 70 days of age,the 24 h water consumption of text groupⅡwas significantly lower than that of text groupⅠ(P<0.05).In summary,the application of nipple type drink er is beneficial to reduce the waste of feed and water resources of Yangzhou geese during 21 to 70 days of age.In the efficient and large scale production of meat geese,it is recommended to use a nipple type drinker for wa ter supply.
