摘 要:东南亚及太平洋海域离岛众多且发展定位各异,其中综合型离岛重要能源用户较多,需保证能源供应的安全可靠,旅游型离岛需最大程度以可再生能源支撑当地发展。考虑多种类型离网系统在资源禀赋及能源需求方面的差异,提出更具针对性综合能源优化配置流程,结合“规模设定”-“全小时尺度运行优化”-“经济环境指标反馈”的双层优化模型,提出可再生能源、储能优化求解方法,进而通过综合型、旅游型离网案例研究,为实际开展规划提供思路。There are various isolated islands in southeastAsia and Pacific area, performing totally different characteristics.As to the islands, some of which serve quantity key energy custom-er, the key principle of integrated energy system planning is to en-sure the reliable supply in case of outage emergency. Other islandsare talented in natural tourist-related resources, renewable utilizingshould be regarded as the first factor. Different characteristics of is-lands are taken into consideration to come up with the more targetflow chart of energy planning. With the application of bi-level mod-eling and study of energy efficiency optimization, solving method ofrenewable energy and storage is proposed. Finally, example of inte-grated and tourist-related isolated system is given to provide opti-mizing method in actual work.
