摘　　要：目的分析探讨肺癌并糖尿病患者实施围术期护理干预对术后血糖控制的影响。方法选择于2016年3月—2018年4月间该院接收的肺癌合并糖尿病手术患者76例,随机法分组后护理,对照组给予常规模式护理,研究组以常规为基础,实施围术期护理干预,对比两种方法的临床效果。结果研究组患者的低血糖发生率明显较对照组更低,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用围术期护理干预对肺癌合并糖尿病患者进行护理,可有效术后血糖水平控制,值得将其推广。Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on blood sugar control in patients with lung cancer and diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 76 patients with lung cancer and diabetes mellitus received in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing mode. The study group was given perioperative nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The clinical effects of the two methods were compared. Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention for patients with lung cancer and diabetes mellitus can effectively control the blood sugar level after operation, which is worth promoting.
