摘　　要：热粗轧机系统是热轧线的核心设备,液压系统是一种自动控制装置,液压控制系统均匀的分布在热粗轧机的各个部位,为热粗轧机主要动力来源和自动化控制基础,确保了轧机的稳定性、可靠性及安全运行。本文以南南铝4100热粗轧机为例,介绍热粗轧机液压系统主要组成,常见的液压故障处理及诊断,确保热粗轧机的稳定性和生产产品质量。Hot roughing mill system is the core equipment of hot rolling line.Hydraulic system is an automatic control device.Hydraulic control system distributes evenly in all parts of Hot Roughing mill,which is the main power source of Hot Roughing Mill and the basis of automatic control,and ensures the stability,reliability and safe operation of the mill.Taking Nannan Aluminum 4100 Hot Roughing Mill as an example,this paper introduces the main components of the hydraulic system of Hot Roughing mill,the treatment and diagnosis of common hydraulic faults,and ensures the stability of Hot Roughing Mill and the quality of production products.
