摘 要:本文通过研究BT-14钛合金不同冷轧加工率板材的组织性能,分析了冷变形对BT-4钛合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:BT-4钛合金组织均匀性与变形量有关,当轧制变形量超过30%时,晶粒破碎明显,再结晶退火后,组织均匀,等轴化明显。随着冷轧变形量的增加,内部组织畸变能升高,形核率和长大速率同时增加,但形核率的增长大于长达速率,使得合金经再结晶退火后的晶粒随着变形量增加而变细;合金经热处理后,抗拉强度随着变形量的增大而降低。In this paper,the microstructure and properties of BT-14 titanium alloy sheets with different cold rolling processing rates were studied,The effect of cold deformation on microstructure and mechanical properties of BT-14 titanium alloy was analyzed.The results show that:The microstructure uniformity of BT-14 titanium alloy is related to the amount of deformation.When the rolling deformation exceeds 30%,the grain breakage is obvious,and the microstructure is uniform and equiaxed obviously after recrystallization annealing.With the increase of cold rolling deformation,the internal structure distortion energy increases,and the nucleation rate and growth rate increase at the same time,but the nucleation rate increases faster than the elongation rate,so that the grain size of the alloy after recrystallization annealing becomes thinner with the increase of deformation;The tensile strength of the alloy decreases with the increase of deformation after heat treatment.
