几种地理信息工具在林业项目管理中的应用

摘　　要：林业项目管理兼具林学和管理学两方面的特点,既需要应用林业专业技术,又要及时把握造营林信息,做好整体管理。本文结合山东省实施欧洲投资银行贷款山东沿海防护林工程项目的经验,介绍ArcGIS、Excel、奥维地图、Galileo离线地图、Google地球等软件/APP作为处理地理信息的工具在林业项目管理中的作用。各级林业工作者通过应用这些工具,能够提高项目管理效率和精度,更好地服务现代林业发展。Forestry project management focus both forestry activity and project management procedure. We have to be familiar with either forestry professional techniques or the according information required by project management. In this study, several geographical information tools, including ArcGIS, Excel, Aowei map, Galileo offline map, Google Earth, were introduced and their application in forestry project management were discussed. We hope the study would help forestry staffs promoting their efficiency and accuracy and doing a better job in modern forestry project implementation.
