摘  要:目的应用谷歌地球(Google Earth,GE)建立嘉兴市血吸虫病流行区历史有螺环境监测数据库。方法在GE软件平台上绘制嘉兴市历史有螺环境分布图,并建立历史有螺环境分布数据库,实现对钉螺分布环境现况的动态监测和管理。结果嘉兴市血吸虫病流行区共有历史有螺环境24402个,历史有螺面积20081.05hm^2。其中环境未改变的环境数13093个,占历史有螺环境总数的53.66%(最高);彻度改变的环境历史有螺面积9369.55hm^2,占历史有螺总面积的46.66%(最大)。在此基础上,通过GE软件建立了嘉兴市历史有螺环境数据库,获得了历史有螺环境分布图。结论基于Google Earth建立的历史有螺环境数据库,直观、准确地反映了嘉兴市历史有螺环境的分布情况,有助于科学开展钉螺监测工作。Objective To establish a database for historical snail prevalent environment for schistosomiasis control in the water-net areas based on Google Earth(GE) for targeted control of schistosomiasis. Methods A profile of historical environment with snail prevalence in Jiaxing area was initially plotted based on GE platform. Then the database of historical snail environments was established to facilitate dynamic monitoring and management of snail environments. Results There were 24402 historical environments with snail presence in the water-net areas of Jiaxing, covering a historical snail area of 20081.05 hm^2, where 13 093 environments remained unchanged, accounting for 53.66% of the total number. Completely changed environment was 9369.55 hm^2, covering 46.66% of the total area of historical snail environments, on which basis, a database of historical snail environments in water-net areas of Jiaxing was established at the municipal level using the GE software, and the profile of historical snail environment was obtained. Conclusion The database was successfully plotted in the Jiaxing area based on GE, which can directly and effectively reflect the distribution of historical snail environment in the water network area, and contribute to snail monitoring and schistosomiasis control in scientific manner.
