摘  要:室内采用平皿法和酶活力测定法,以主根长为指标,探讨了不同小麦品种对单嘧磺隆的耐药性差异及机理。结果表明,不同小麦品种对单嘧磺隆的耐药性差异较大,但其耐药能力与其乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)的敏感性无关。The differences in the resistance of different wheat varieties to monosulfuron-methyl and their mechanisms were investigated by using the plate method and enzyme activity assay indoor.The results showed that different wheat varieties had different resistance to monosulfuron-methyl,but their drug resistances were not related to the sensitivity of acetolactate synthase(ALS).
