摘  要:以商洛市青少年女足运动员为研究对象,采用文献资料法,测试法以及数理统计等方法,进行为期8周的核心稳定性训练后,对其SEBT、双侧YBT动态平衡能力指标进行前后对比分析。结果表明:经8周训练,发现青少年女足运动员动态平衡能力已具显著性差异P<0.05,表明核心稳定性训练是提高青少年女足动态平衡能力的有效手段,并且还可预防踝关节的运动损伤。通过8周的核心稳定性训练60名受试者整体的左右腿平衡能力已基本对称。双侧SEBT动态平衡能力在8个方向上的总体趋势为后>外后>内后>内>外>前>内前>外前。核心稳定性训练后SEBT测试结果在8个方向上均表现出P<0.01;双侧YBT-CS综合测试结果也表现出P<0.01,两组动态平衡能力测试结果均说明训练前后相比具有非常显著性差异。Taking young female football players in Shangluo city as the research object,after 8 weeks of core stability training by means of literature data,test method and mathematical statistics,the dynamic balance ability indexes of SEBT and bilateral YBT were compared and analyzed. Results showed that: after eight weeks of training,dynamic balance ability of young female football players has significant difference (P<0.05),it shows that core stability training is the effective measure to improve the ability of young female dynamic balance,and also can prevent the ankle injury. After 8 weeks of core stability training,60 subjects’ overall balance ability of left and right legs was basically symmetrical. The overall trend of bilateral SEBT dynamic equilibrium capacity in the 8 directions is backward >backward >backward >backward >backward >backward >backward >backward. The SEBT test results after core stability training showed P <0.01 in all 8 directions. The results of bilateral YBT -CS comprehensive test also showed P <0.01,indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after training.
