摘　　要：以学生的工程实践和创新能力培养为核心,依托大学与合作企业建立的“产学研合作基地”,提出新工科背景下,校企深度合作培养多层次创新实践人才的教学培养模式,培养具有较强行业背景知识、工程实践能力、胜任行业发展需求的新兴工程科技人才。Taking the cultivation of students' engineering practice and innovation ability as the core,relying on the "production,learning and research cooperation base" established by universities and cooperative enterprises,this paper puts forward the teaching and training model of cultivating multi-level innovative and practical talents with the background of new engineering courses.By this model,new engineering talents with strong background knowledge and engineering practice ability can be cultivated to meet the needs of industry development.
