摘　　要：作为大学生实践创新能力培养的重要场所,实验是对学生综合素养进行培养的有效途径,在应用型人才教育中,作用极为突出。而独立学院是以培育应用型人才为宗旨的本科学校,所以独立院校应做好实验室管理与创新,要对实验室使用效率以及教育功能价值发挥进行强化,以对院校整体教学质量进行保证。文章将重点针对独立学院实验室管理模式创新展开全面论述,期望能够为独立学院实验室建设提供一些理论支持。As an important place for cultivating college students' practical innovation ability,the laboratory is an effective way to cultivate students' comprehensive quality,it plays an important role in applied talents education. Independent colleges aim to cultivate applied talents,therefore,independent institutions should do a good job in laboratory management and innovation,to strengthen the laboratory efficiency and function value of education,to guarantee the overall teaching quality.This paper will focus on the innovation of laboratory management mode in independent colleges,hoping to provide some theoretical support for the laboratory construction of independent colleges.
