摘　　要：在高校教学管理工作中,教务秘书这一职位具有极强的特殊性。该职位既不直接参与到教学活动之中,又不是教学管理工作的第一执行者,由此在教学管理工作中发挥着特殊的作用。文章就针对高校教务秘书在教学管理中的作用这一课题开展深入研究,构建起高校教务秘书在教学管理中更好发挥其作用的路径。In the teaching management of colleges and universities,the position of the academic secretary is extremely special.This position is not directly involved in teaching activities,nor is it the first executor of teaching management,thus playing a special role in teaching management.The article conducts an in-depth study on the role of college faculty secretary in teaching management,and builds a path for college faculty secretary to play a better role in teaching management.
