贫困大学生压力知觉与心理健康的关系探析

摘　　要：此次研究主要是探讨分析了贫困大学生压力知觉与心理健康的关系。通过心理健康量表、压力知觉量表、心理资本量表等对贫困大学生进行调查分析。按照此次研究结果显示,压力知觉与心理资本呈负相关关系,与心理健康总分和各维度呈现正相关关系;心理资本与压力知觉呈负相关关系,与心理健康总分和各维度呈现正相关关系;心理健康总分和各维度与压力知觉呈现负相关关系。压力知觉与心理资本在心理健康与感戴关系中具有中介作用,压力知觉在心理健康与心理资本关系方面具有中介作用。所以影响贫困大学生心理健康的因素主要包括心理资本和感戴。This study is mainly to analyze the relationship between stress perception and mental health of impoverished college students.Through the mental health scale,stress perception scale,psychological capital,etc.,the poor college students were investigated and analyzed.According to the results of this study,stress perception and psychological capital are negatively correlated,and positively correlated with mental health total scores and dimensions.Psychological capital has a negative correlation with stress perception,and has a positive correlation with mental health total scores and dimensions;mental health total scores and dimensions are negatively correlated with stress perception.Stress perception and psychological capital play a mediating role in the relationship between mental health and sensory.Stress perception has a mediating role in the relationship between mental health and psychological capital.Therefore,the factors affecting the mental health of poor college students mainly include psychological capital and feelings.
