摘　　要：党性教育是共产党人修身养性的必修课,大学生党员党性教育的实效性关系到大学生党员的质量,关系到党和国家事业未来的发展,但当前大学生党员党性教育存在薄弱环节,面对新时代对大学生党员的党性教育提出的新要求,应从明确地位、重塑目的、建构内容、转换话语、制度转型五个方面着手加强建设,提升大学生党员教育的实效性。Party spirit education is a compulsory course for Communists to cultivate themselves.The effectiveness of Party spirit education for college student Party members is related to the quality of college student Party members and the future development of the Party and the national cause.In order to enhance the effectiveness of Party member education among college students,the new requirements should be strengthened from five aspects:clarifying the status, remodeling the purpose,constructing the content,changing the discourse and transforming the system.
