关于对研究生培养教育的现状分析及相关思考

摘　　要：研究生教育培养制度作为高等教育体制中一种顶尖人才的培养机制,为中国社会主义现代化建设输送了大量人才。尤其自2013年研究生教育深化改革以来,对研究生的培养教育取得了显著成效。对研究生培养质量的高低与教学模式、课程设置、管理机制等方面密切相关。文章从近5年国内研究生教育取得的成果入手,分析研究生培养现状,对于现存问题加以总结,并提出相关思考和建议,为我国研究生培养教育提供参考借鉴。As a training mechanism of top talents in the higher education system,graduate education training system has provided a large number of talents for China's socialist modernization.Especially since the deepening reform of graduate education in 2013,graduate education has achieved remarkable results.The quality of graduate training is closely related to the teaching mode,curriculum and management mechanism.This paper begins with the achievements of domestic graduate education in the past five years,analyzes the present situation of graduate student training,summarizes the existing problems,and puts forward some relevant thoughts and suggestions,which can provide reference for graduate student training education in China.
