摘 要:鉴于配电网单相接地故障时电气量变化特征不明显的现象,基于主动信号故障定位法,通过研究晶闸管参数,来精确控制扰动信号的大小和时长,从而克服灵敏度问题,提高定位精度。从扰动电流信号计算和晶闸管起始导通角设计两方面研究晶闸管参数,然后进行晶闸管触发模式波形验证、信号强度验证、晶闸管导通角控制误差和可控电流扰动装置动作情况4个试验。结果表明:晶闸管的有效调控可以使产生的扰动电流强度足够大,能够被有效检测,又不会引起保护装置跳闸和其他电能质量问题。In view of the single-phase grounding fault of the distribution network and the change characteristics of the electric quantities are not obvious.In this paper,based on the active signal fault location method,the parameters of the thyristor were studied to precisely control both size and length of the disturbance signal so as to overcome the sensitivity and improve the positioning accuracy.Studying the parameters of thyristor in two aspects of the disturbance current signal calculation and thyristor initial conduction angle design was implemented,including four tests to verify the thyristor's triggered mode waveform,the signal strength,the thyristor's conduction angle control error and the controlled current disturbance device operation,etc.The test results show that,the effective control of the thyristor can make the disturbance current generated strong enough and can be effectively detected without causing the protection device tripping and other quality problems of electrical energy.
