延边州天然气市场需求预测及供气方案

摘　　要：延边州地处吉林省东北部,天然气消费以居民和工商业为主,仍采用CNG或LNG供气方式,是目前吉林省唯一没有通管道天然气的行政区划。通过调研延边州地区社会、经济、能源及天然气基础设施现状,对延边州地区未来天然气需求总量、需求分布、需求结构和季节调峰需求进行了预测;并针对延边州地理位置与国家基干管道的关系,分析了延边州天然气管道建设模式及管道建设节奏,对延边州天然气管道建设提出了建议。Yanbian Prefecture is located in the northeast of Jilin Province. The natural gas consumption is mainly based on residents, industry and commerce. CNG or LNG is still used to supply natural gas. And it is the only administrative division in Jilin Province that does not have natural gas pipeline. Through the investigation a dsurvey of social, economic, energy and natural gas infrastructure in Yanbian Prefecture, the total demand, demand distribution, demand structure and seasonal peak shaving demand for natural gas in Yanbian Prefecture in the future are forecasted. Then, according to the geographical location of Yanbian Prefecture and the relationship with the national backbone pipeline, constructing mode and steps of natural gas pipeline in Yanbian Prefecture are analyzed. Finally, some suggestions of natural gas pipeline construction for Yanbian Prefecture are proposed.
