摘 要:通过实验研究筛选出一种含硫磷结构的新型有机脱汞剂,可应用于含汞凝析油的非吸附脱汞处理。该新型脱汞剂对含汞凝析油的脱汞率可达99%以上,脱汞剂和脱除的汞可以通过萃取与反萃取工艺再生利用,降低了处理成本。相对于传统吸附脱汞方法,该工艺对凝析油中汞含量的适应范围较宽,且仅需简单的絮凝、沉淀工艺和设备,工艺简单,投资与运行成本较低,是一种新型的高效脱汞处理方法。A new type of organic demercury agent containing parathion has been selected through experimental researches, which can be applied to non-adsorption demercury treatment of mercury-containing condensate oil. More than 99% of mercury in the mercury-containing condensate oil can be removed by this new type of mercury remover. The mercury remover and removed mercury can be recycled through extraction and reverse extraction processes that reduced the cost of treatment. The process of simple flocculation, sedimentation processes has adapted to a wide range of mercury content in condensate oil. It is a new type of high efficiency mercury removal method with low construction and operating costs.
