TCT联合CA125、SCC、CA19-9、CA15-3检测对宫颈癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的研究薄层液基细胞学(TCT)联合糖链抗原125(CA125)、鳞癌抗原(SCC)、糖链抗原(CA19-9)、糖链抗原(CA15-3)检测对宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法选择进行宫颈病变筛查的2354例妇女,随机分为2组。对照组仅采取TCT检测,观察组采取TCT联合CA125、SCC、CA19-9、CA15-3检测。结果宫颈癌患者的血清CA125、SCC、CA19-9、CA15-3水平均明显高于正常妇女(P <0. 05)。观察组检测出的70例中阳性46例,阳性符合率为65. 71%,对照组检测出的62例中阳性30例,阳性符合率为48. 39%,观察组的阳性符合率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。联合检测的敏感度、特异度和阴性预测值均明显高于TCT检测(P <0. 05)。结论 TCT联合CA125、SCC、CA19-9、CA15-3检测可以有效提高宫颈癌的诊断准确率,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of TCT combined with CA125,SCC,CA19-9 and CA15-3 in cervical cancer. Methods Selected 2354 women screening for cervical lesions,divided into 2 groups randomly. The control group was only detected by TCT,while the observation group was detected by TCT combined with CA125,SCC,CA19-9 and CA15-3.Results The serum levels of CA125,SCC,CA19-9 and CA15-3 in patients with cervical cancer were significantly higher than normal women( P < 0. 05). The positive coincidence rate of the combined group was 65. 71%,and that of the control group was48. 39%. The positive coincidence rate of the observation group was significantly higher than control group( P < 0. 05). The sensitivity,specificity and negative predictive value of combined detection were significantly higher than TCT( P < 0. 05). Conclusion TCT combined with CA125,SCC,CA19-9,CA15-3 detection can effectively improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of cervical cancer,with high application value.
