摘  要:目的 了解某高校近年来医学教育研究现状,发现问题,分析研究短板,提出教育教学研究课题选题建议,为医学教育教学研究提供参考。方法 运用文献计量学的方法对该校2010—2017年教育教学研究课题立项情况进行统计,综合分析。结果 2010—2017年该校立项教育教学研究课题349项。立项课题集中在课程建设与模式研究、教育技术与教学资源、实验教学等方面,合计占立项总数量的42.69%;二级教学单位立项课题数量排在前面的是基础医学院,为88项,占比25.21%;立项课题的主持人职称和职务构成中副高级职称和教研室主任的比例最高,分别占比48.14%、39.54%。结论 该校教育教学研究课题立项数量和质量稳步提升,但课题研究领域和二级教学单位承担课题分布不均衡,中青年教师教育教学研究能力有待提高,在创新创业教育、教师教育、临床教学见习和教学质量监控等研究领域应加强研究。Objective To understand the research status of medical education in a certain university in recent years,find out the problems,analyze the short board,and put forward some suggestions on the topic of education and teaching research,and provide reference for the research of medical education.Methods Using the method of bibliometrics to make statistics and comprehensive analysis of the education and teaching research projects in this university from 2010 to2017.Results The school set up 349 research projects on education and teaching from 2010 to2017.The projects mainly focus on curriculum construction and mode research,educational technology and teaching resources,experimental teaching and so on,accounting for 42.69%of the total projects.School of Basic Medicine is the second level teaching unit which has the largest amount of projects,with 88 projects accounting for 25.21%;In terms of project host’s academic title,the proportion of senior professional title and the director of teaching and research section is the highest,accounting for 48.14%and 39.54%respectively.Conclusion The quantity and quality of education and teaching research projects have been steadily improved in this university.However,the research area is still limited,and education and teaching research projects are not evenly distributed among the second level teaching units.Young and middle-aged teachers’ teach-ing and research ability still needs to be improved.Researches should be enhanced in the fields of innovation and entrepreneurship education,teachers’ education,clinical teaching internship pra-ctice as well as teaching quality monitoring.
