新型缓冲锁罐摇台在长平煤业公司芦家峪井区的应用

摘　　要：长平煤业公司芦家峪井区竖井提升深度不断提高、终端载荷不断增大,传统的搭接式无轨摇台已无法满足重载提升作业的要求。ZTSH型缓冲锁罐摇台能有效补偿提升钢丝绳的弹性和塑性伸长,实现罐笼装卸载位置的精确锁定,应用结果表明提升系统运行的安全性、可靠性和工况作业效率都得到有效提高。The traditional lapped trackless rocking platform can no longer meet the requirements of heavy lifting operation because of the continuous improvement of shaft lifting depth and terminal load in Lujiayu mine area of Changping Coal Industry Company. ZTSH buffer lock tank shaker can effectively compensate the elastic and plastic elongation of the lifting wire rope, and realize the accurate locking of the loading and unloading position of the cage. The application results show that the safety, reliability and working efficiency of the lifting system have been effectively improved.
