摘　　要：MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是一类长度为20~24 nt核苷酸的小分子非编码RNAs,他们通常结合mRNA的3'非编码区诱导mRNA的下调或者干扰mRNA的翻译从而调节基因的表达.作为miRNAs的一员,miRNA-9 (miR-9)可在体内多种组织中表达并发挥重要的生物学效应,包括细胞的发育、分化、增殖和凋亡等,以及在肿瘤的生长、转移中扮演者重要的角色,本文将就miR-9在相关疾病中的功能和作用机制进行综述.MicroRNAs ( miRNAs) is a family of length 20-24 nt nucleotide small molecule non encoding RNAs, that usually located in the 3'-untranslated region (3^*-UTR) of target mRNAs to regulate gene expression by inducing mRNA degradation or interfering with translation. As a member of miRNA, miR-9 can be expressed in various tissue and exert effective biology function of development, differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis of cells, and play an important role in tumor growth and metastasis, and function and mechanism of miR-9 in related diseases are summarized here.
