摘 要:在当前智能温度控制系统设计中,存在电压不稳造成温度突变的问题。为了提高智能温度控制系统的运行可靠性,提出基于ISA总线控制的系统嵌入式设计方案,智能温度控制系统的等效电路模型采用T型电路设计,系统包括电压测试模块、热功率放大模块、微机控制模块和稳压控制模块等,采用ISA总线控制技术进行温度的输出电压稳压控制,根据系统应用区域的突发性导致的输出电压不稳的特点,采用T型补偿电路进行稳压补偿控制,结合嵌入式DSP进行智能温度控制系统硬件模块化设计。系统测试结果表明,采用该系统进行智能温度控制的输出稳压性较好,能确保温度控制稳定性。In the current design of intelligent temperature control system,there is a sudden change in temperature caused by voltage instability.In order to improve the operational reliability of intelligent temperature control system,an embedded design scheme based on ISA bus control is proposed.The equivalent circuit model of intelligent temperature control system is designed with T-type circuit.The system includes voltage test module,thermal power amplifier module,computer control module and voltage stabilization control module.Using ISA bus control technology to control the output voltage stabilization of temperature,According to the characteristics of output voltage instability caused by sudden changes in the application area of the system,T-type compensation circuit is used for voltage stabilization compensation control,and embedded DSP is used for hardware modularization design of intelligent temperature control system.The system test results show that the output voltage stabilization of intelligent temperature control using this system is good and the stability of temperature control is ensured.
