摘　　要：近年来,随着档案数字化的推进,数字档案如何实现有效共享已成为各类档案机构重点课题。数字文件共享的目的是为了更好地提供利用,而其主要途径就是信息管理平台,一个好的平台对于共享的有效性可谓重中之重。建立一个完整、高效、智能、安全的建设工程设计档案信息管理平台,主动为工程项目提供快捷全面的信息资源,提高工作的效率及其正确率,已成为工程档案管理建设的发展趋势。In recent years, with the development of digitization, how to realize the effective sharing of digital archives becomes the key issue of different archival agencies. The purpose of the sharing is for better utilization, and the main way is information management platform. A good platform is very important to the efficiency of sharing. Therefore, establishing an integrated, efficient, intelligent, secure information management platform of engineering design archives, providing rapid and overall information resources for engineering projects, and improving the efficiency and accuracy have become the development tendency of engineering archives management construction.
