摘　　要：随着计算机技术的普及和发展,产品数据管理(PDM)系统在企业中越来越受到重视,我所档案管理工作便积极实现对接,通过实施PDM系统与档案管理系统自动归档通道,减少档案管理人员的档案整理等工作,提高了工作效率,但随着归档管理过程的深入开展,在实际应用中出现了一些问题和应用状况,文章就实际应用中的问题进行了分析研究,并提出了相应的对策。With the popularization and development of computer technology, product data management (PDM) system has been paid more attention to in enterprises. Automatic filing channel is established by integrating PDM system with archives management system, so the work load of archival workers is reduced, and the work efficiency is improved. However, with the in-depth development of the filing management process, some practical application problems arise. These problems are analyzed and studied, and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
