摘　　要：科研项目管理是对项目进度、人员、经费、文档等全方位的策划、管理,具有全过程管理的特点。科技档案管理作为科研项目管理的重要环节,管理是否科学直接影响到科研项目管理的效果。因此,档案管理仅仅纳入项目管理是不够的,而应该是融入项目管理之中。文章就科研档案为什么要融入科研项目管理,如何融入科研项目管理,具体操作措施是什么展开探讨。The scientific research project management is an all-round planning and management of project schedule, personnel, fund, documents and so on, which has the characteristics of whole process management. As an important link of scientific research project management, the scientific and technological archives management has a direct impact on the effect of scientific research project management. Therefore, it is not enough for archives management to be brought into project management. Instead, it should be integrated into project management. This paper discusses why scientific research archives should be integrated into scientific research project management, how to integrate into scientific research project management, and what the specific operational measures are.
