摘　　要：中医药治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症常采用内治法、外治法及综合疗法等。辨证论治、周期疗法、经方、名方、单验方、中成药等为常用的内治法;灌肠法、针灸、穴位注射、外敷法、离子导入等为常用的外治法。综合疗法则为内治法和外治法相结合的运用方法。指出该病缺乏统一的疗效判定标准,且基础临床实验较欠缺,药物作用机理尚不明确,今后需进一步研究,为临床应用提供依据。Internal treatment,external treatment and comprehensive treatment are often used in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases with TCM. Syndrome differentiation and treatment,periodic therapy,classical prescription,famous prescription,single prescription and Chinese patent medicine are the commonly used internal treatment methods,while enema,acupuncture and moxibustion,point injection,external application and iontophoresis are the commonly used external treatment methods. Comprehensive therapy is a combination of internal and external treatment. In the clinical treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases,there is a lack of uniform criteria to determine the efficacy,and basic clinical experiments are relatively deficient. The mechanism of drug action is not clear yet. Therefore,further research is needed to provide a basis for clinical application.
