摘 要:分析了微细粒白钨矿难以有效浮选回收的原因是动量小、比表面积大、表面能高,介绍了近年来疏水聚团浮选、剪切絮凝浮选和载体浮选在微细粒白钨矿浮选工艺中的进展和应用,同时介绍了微泡浮选设备和微细粒浮选机等浮选设备的发展和应用,并展望了微细粒白钨矿浮选工艺和设备的发展方向。It was analysed that reasons why the micro-grained scheelite was difficult to be floated and recovered effectively were small momentum,high specific surface area and high surface energy.The progress and application of hydrophobic flocculation flotation,shear flocculation flotation and carrier flotation in the flotation process of micro-grained scheelite in recent years were introduced,and the development and application of flotation equipment such as micro-bubble flotation equipment and micro-grained flotation machine were introduced,and the development direction of flotation technology and equipment for micro-grained scheelite was prospected.
