摘 要:基于某铜冶炼厂硫酸系统的生产现状,结合热管及热管锅炉的工作原理,在现有70万t/a硫酸系统的DCS系统基础上,配套2台热管锅炉余热系统,进行中温位余热回收扩能改造。改造后,回收余热蒸汽量达12.8万t,同时改善了现场作业环境,实现了制酸系统节能降耗的目的。Based on the production status of sulfuric acid system in a copper smelter,and combined with the working principle of heat pipe and heat pipe boiler,two heat pipe waste heat boiler systems were matched with the existing DCS system in sulfuric acid system with 700 000 t/a,to carry out the transformation of waste heat recovery with medium temperature and capacity expansion.After transformation,the steam consumption of waste heat recovery reached 128 000 tons,and the field working environment was improved,and the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption in acid making system was realized.
