摘 要:基于某铝厂200kA电解车间的电解质体系中的Li、K含量越来越高和经济技术指标持续下滑的生产现状,通过一系列试验探索最优的工艺技术条件,电解质分子比化验方法由衍射法变为荧光法,工艺技术条件标准由根据电解槽槽型划分变为根据槽龄划分;通过降低无功电耗、加强电解槽保温、规整炉膛、严抓操作管理和及时消除设备故障缺陷等措施,经济技术指标得到改善,电流效率稳步提升,铝液直流电耗、电解铝综合交流电耗、阳极毛耗持续下降,效应系数和闪烁效应系数呈下降趋势。Based on the production situation of electrolysis workshop with 200 kA in an aluminum plant that the content of Li and K in the electrolyte system was increasing continuously and the economic and technical index was declining continuously,the optimum technological conditions were explored through a series of experiments,and assay method of electrolyte molecular ratio was changed from diffraction method to fluorescence method,and division standard of technology condition was changed from different groove to different cell life.Through reducing reactive power consumption,strengthening the insulation of electrolytic cell,structuring furnace,controlling operation management strictly and eliminating equipment faults in time,economic and technical indexes had been improved,current efficiency had been increased steadily,DC power consumption of aluminium liquid,comprehensive AC power consumption of electrolytic aluminium and anode consumption had been declining continuously,and the effect coefficient and scintillation effect coefficient had shown the downward trend.
