摘 要:基于某公司300 kt/a铜电解项目的大容量整流装置使用中存在生产电流设定值和反馈值差异较大问题,介绍了大容量整流装置的控制原理、设定电流的传递过程和实际电流与显示电流之间的调整方法,重点分析了直流电流测量控制反馈系统的4个分桥臂的触摸屏电流设定值与反馈值的校验方法,校准后误差控制在1%以内,之后利用修正系数进一步使设定电流和反馈电流趋于一致。Based on that there was great difference between set value and feedback value of production current in the use of large capacity rectifier in electrolytic copper project with 300 kt/a in a company,the control principle,the transfer process of set current and the adjustment method between actual current and display current of large capacity rectifier were introduced,the check method of set value and feedback value of current in touch screen of four bridge arm branches in DC current measurement and control feedback system was analyzed emphatically.After calibration,the error was controlled within 1%,then set value and feedback value of current tended to be consistent further by using correction coefficient.
