简易乳胶环改良造口术治疗女性前庭大腺囊肿或脓肿72例的疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】探讨简易乳胶环改良造口术治疗女性前庭大腺囊肿或脓肿患者的临床疗效。【方法】选择2015年1月至2018年1月在本院就诊的143例前庭大腺囊肿或脓肿患者,按照随机数表法分成传统组(n= 71)和改良组(n=72)。传统组行传统前庭大腺囊肿或脓肿造口术,改良组行简易乳胶环改良造口术。比较两组临床疗效、术中情况(手术时间、术中出血量及1%利多卡因用量),术后情况(下床活动时间及住院时间)、术后疼痛程度和疼痛持续时间。【结果】改良组治愈率显著高于传统组(P <0.05),改良组复发率、术后炎症发生率、术后疼痛程度均显著低于传统组(P <0.05);改良组手术时间、术中出血量及1%利多卡因用量均显著少于传统组(P <0.05);改良组下床活动时间、住院时间、疼痛持续时间均显著短于传统组(P <0.05)。【结论】简易乳胶环改良造口术治疗女性前庭大腺囊肿或脓肿患者的疗效显著,能缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量及1%利多卡因使用量,缩短术后排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间,减轻术后疼痛程度,缩短疼痛持续时间,值得临床推广应用。[ Objective ]To investigate the clinical effect of modified latex ring ostomy in the treatment of female vestibular gland cyst or abscess.[Methods]A total of 143 patients with vestibular gland cyst or abscess who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the traditional group ( n =71) and the improved group ( n =72). The traditional group underwent traditional vestibular cyst or abscess ostomy, while the improved group underwent simple modified latex ring ostomy. The clinical efficacy, intraoperative condition (operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and 1 % lidocaine dosage), postoperative condition (time of getting out of bed and hospital stay), postoperative pain degree and duration of . pain were compared between the two groups.[Results]The cure rate of the improved group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group ( P <0.05). The recurrence r*ate post-operative inflammation rate and post-operative pain degree of the improved group were significantly lower than those of the traditional group ( P <0.05). The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and 1% lidocaine dosage in the modified group were significantly less than those in the traditional group ( P <0.05). The time of getting out of bed, hospitalization and pain duration in the improved group were significantly shorter than those in the traditional group ( P <0.05 ).[Conclusion] Simple modified latex ring ostomy for female patients with vestibular gland cyst or abscess is effective. It can shorten the operation time, reduce intraoperative bleeding and 1 % lidocaine usage, shorten the time of exhaustion, ambulation and hospitalization, reduce the degree of pain and shorten the duration of pain. It is worthy of clinical application.
